Default F-53 air bags

Since this seems to be a common topic I was wondering if anyone had tried these air bags to supplement the suspension.
suspension connection

I know it wont completely isolate the leaf springs from the chassis but I was thinking that with the right air pressure the majority of the rv's weight could be carried by the air bags and reduce the jarring to a more acceptable level.

Any thoughts?
