Default Is 108k too many miles??

We have the opportunity to purchase a 2001 21 ft Class C for a great price from a relative who lives in another state--the only issue is it has 108k miles. It is on a Chevy 3500 Chassis with a Vortex 454 engine. Would appreciate input and thoughts on this since I do not know a lot about these Vortex engines and also how the tranny's hold up on these things and so forth...thoughts and input please!

I have 187000 Km's on my Chevy 3/4 Ton Truck and the only thing I have ever done is replace the brake linings once and the tranny, also once. I change oil every two cycle of the auto warning but I have used 100 % synthetic since day one. So I would say if the maintenance was good, I would go for it. You could also hyave it diagnosed and inspectec by a good dealer if it does'nt bend your relative out of shape!
